Factor Captor

These letters, sent by fifth-graders at Joseph A. Citta Elementary School in Toms River, New Jersey, were written in response to an assignment to write a persuasive essay supporting the inclusion of the game "Factor Captor" in the third edition of Everyday Mathematics. Many thanks to these students and their teacher, Mrs. Kim Kearney, for sharing their letters! We are happy to report that "Factor Captor" is also one of our favorite games and has definitely been included in the third edition.
