CEMSE School Support Services
The UChicago STEM Education at the University of Chicago offers a variety of professional development services designed to help school and district leaders, teachers, and teacher-trainers implement and support Everyday Mathematics effectively. These include strategic planning, leadership development, classroom coaching, and workshop sessions and series designed for both new and experienced users. Virtual Learning Community
The Virtual Learning Community (VLC), is an online professional development resource for teachers of Everyday Mathematics created and maintained by UChicago STEM Education. Free membership includes access to lesson videos from real classrooms, instructional tools, and online forums. Educators are encouraged to share their resources and participate in discussion. The VLC currently houses over 600 resources for math educators.
Online Professional Development
UChicago STEM Education offers Online PD for teachers new to Everyday Mathematics and for those seeking to improve their understanding of the curriculum. Registrants will receive a certificate of completion for each module they complete. Visit Online PD for more information on packages and pricing.
